I was contacted by email about the Ducati Demo days. I have been a long term BMW rider, but always wanted to ride a Ducati Superbike, and jumped at the opportunity. Once I rode them, I had to get one. I worked closely with Romy on my trade in, setting up some more test rides, getting information about the different models. He was very helpful and made the process smooth. Within a week, I'm riding my new 959 Panigale. All ready have my 600 mile service set up with Steve and look forward to a good long relationship.

After a not so pleasant experience with another Ducati Dealership, I asked a few friends who they recommended..and one name kept popping up...Hudson Valley Motorcycles. Am I glad i took their advice. Duane was more than professional and accommodating. Responded to my emails immediately, gave me fantastic pricing on bike and accessories and was always willing to go the extra mile. Being in sales myself, it is very hard to impress me when it comes to the overall buying experience...I thought by the way I was treated I was spending $100,000 not $14000. I had a 2005 Yamaha FJR1300 with 27,000 miles serviced at Hudson Valley Motorcycles. Chris in service did all of the work. It was a major service including a valve adjustment, replacement of all fluids, air, oil filter etc. The result was outstanding. I rode the bike home last Friday and immediately noticed that the acceleration, responsiveness were vastly improved. As well, the transmission was much, much smoother than when I brought it in. Chris took care of everything that I had asked, and more -- he even tried to fix a broken 'glove box'...he went way beyond the call of duty. I would recommend Hudson Valley to anyone looking for honest, very competent service for their bike

I purchased my Yamaha in June 2012. Had a set of bags placed on the bike. Developed a problem with both bags. They were out of the warranty period. I was assured that I would get new bags and I did. Can not beat the service. Very pleased and when ready will purchase my next bike from Hudson Valley.

Since I moved to Westchester from NYC, I've been dedicated to Hudson Valley Motorcycle shop in Ossining NY for 10 years and through 7 motorcycles. I've always trusted everyone in the shop, and would NEVER go anywhere else. These people care about customer satisfaction. I had never thought about the Ducati brand until Hudson Valley picked up the brand last year. Since then, I hesitantly sold 5 Japanese bikes in my stable, and bought 2 Panegali, one for street & one for track. I'll never look back. Best bike I've ever ridden.

They're honest, straight talking motorcycle enthusiasts. They do what they say they'll do. They'll do their best to make a customer instead of just a sale. My first experience with Hudson Valley was a great one..I had new tires mounted and brake lines and pads installed..They did a great job and corrected a brake problem I had in a reasonable amount of time and at a fair price..They had great concern about correcting the braking problem before releasing the bike to me, and I could tell that safety was a top priority to the staff...The people there are friendly and call you with the progress status of the repairs on your bike while my bike was there...I've been riding for 34 years and I will no doubt be going back to Hudson Valley Cycles for my needs in the future,,,,Its a great place...
